Isolate Lengthen is our stretch and recovery class, focused on deep flexibility work, breath connection, and intentional movement. You'll flow through gentle stretches and mobility exercises to release tension, enhance recovery, and reset your nervous system. With an emphasis on breath work and relaxation, this is the perfect way to cool down after a workout—or to set the tone for the week ahead. Leave feeling lighter, looser, and more aligned—physically and mentally.

Our signature class is a hybrid of Pilates-based functional strength training and balletic flow, delivering a deep, intentional burn. Expect to tone, sculpt, and strengthen from head to toe!
