  • ISOLATE | SIGNATURE - Designed to isolate each muscle group with intention, this class will help you connect with your body in a deeper, more mindful way. Flow through carefully crafted movement sequences that blend our unique methodology with the principles of traditional Pilates and evidence-based strength training. Every session is about building balance, strength, and fluidity—nurturing both body and mind in harmony.

  • ISOLATE | LENGTH – A restorative stretch and recovery class that emphasises breath, deep flexibility, tension release, and nervous system reset. Gentle yet effective for all levels.

  • Special Events & Private Pilates – Whether you’re looking to strengthen your team, celebrate a special occasion, or bond with friends, ISOLATE PILATES offers tailored group sessions perfect for corporate events, hens parties, or any gathering. Designed to be fun, engaging, and uplifting, these sessions encourage connection and teamwork while helping participants build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness together. Our instructors will guide your group through a series of movements that promote collaboration and create a memorable experience for all.

    Who teaches at ISOALTE?

  • Our studio is led by Isobelle, a highly experienced instructor with over 5.5 years of teaching Pilates, 10+ years of semi-professional ballet training, and currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. With this rich background, her approach to teaching is both personalised and mindful, ensuring that every class is intentional, impactful, and safe. Isobelle combines her expertise in Pilates, ballet, and functional movement to help clients build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection with their bodies.

Do I need to be a dancer or experienced in Pilates?

No! Our classes welcome all fitness levels. Whether you're a dancer, complete beginner, or seasoned Mov-er, Isolate Pilates adapts to your body. Our goal is for everyone to leave “taller, stronger, and more deeply connected”

What should I bring and wear?

  • Wear: Comfortable, activewear/move-able clothing that allows full movement and makes you feel comfortable.

  • Bring: A water bottle, towel, and MAT!! (all our classes are BYO yoga mat or towel)

Where are you located and is parking available?

We operate out of Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf, Double Bay, Sydney. Our classes are held level 1 (under the gallery). For exact address: 548 New South Head Rd, Double Bay 2028

Yes! Free parking is available both at the gallery and on the street - please allow ~10 minutes prior to class to ensure you can find a spot!
